Main Features
- Quick disassembly and convenient movement during transfer: The front end of the entire mixing plant can be easily dragged and moved, except for the screw conveyor and cement bin. The walking platform and heightening plate can be folded without removing any control cables. The mobile mixing plant is equipped with tires, traction pins, traffic signal devices, and a braking system, allowing for a maximum speed of 40 km/h.
- Effortless installation: With a flat and solid ground, there is no need for a foundation. You can start production on the same day, making it ideal for projects with tight construction schedules.
- Efficient storage: When the equipment is not in use temporarily, it can be maintained in the transportation state during transfer transportation.
Structure Composition
- Main engine chassis: The mixing main engine chassis features a cantilever shape and contains the traction pin and parking leg of the trailer truck. The measuring scale for the mixer, cement, and water admixture is conveniently placed on the chassis. Additionally, a patrol walking platform and railing are attached for easy access.
- Control room: Located at the bottom of the main machine chassis, the control room is equipped with a fully automatic control system for the mixing plant. During operation, the control room serves as the front support point of the entire station. When being transported, the control room can be stowed in the support space without the need to disassemble any control circuits.
- Aggregate batching measurement: This system is situated at the rear end of the plant and features an aggregate storage hopper for sand and stone. The hopper can be divided into 2 or 4 grids, with a heightening plate to increase storage capacity. The aggregate measurement follows a cumulative method, and the bottom is equipped with a walking rear axle and frame legs during operation.
- Belt conveyor frame: The frame acts as a truss structural member connecting the host chassis and aggregate batching frame. It includes a belt frame and integrates with the main frame and batching frame to form the main structure of the mobile mixing plant.
- Peripheral components: The plant includes a cement silo and screw conveyor, which are integral components during operation or transportation. They can be transported and disassembled as a whole, eliminating the need for separate disassembly.
- Mixing machine: The Macpex Mobile Concrete Mixing Plant utilizes a JS type forced mixer, ensuring quick and even mixing of fluidity, dry, and hard concrete.
