Trailer Type Small Concrete Mixing Plant

 

The Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant offers two options: traction type and trailer type. The trailer type features complete front and rear axles, while the traction type only has a rear axle with the front end placed on the tractor saddle axle.

Structure Composition

 

1. Main engine chassis: Cantilever-shaped chassis with traction pin and parking leg. Contains measuring scale for mixer, cement, and water admixture. Equipped with patrol walking platform and railing.


2. Control room: Located at the bottom of the main machine chassis. Features a fully automatic control system. Doubles as the front support point during operation and stowed during transportation.


3. Aggregate batching measurement: Located at the rear end of the plant. Includes aggregate storage hopper with 2 or 4 grids and a heightening plate for increased capacity. Features pneumatic opening doors and a walking rear axle.


4. Belt conveyor frame: Truss structural member connecting the main chassis and aggregate batching frame. Integrated with the main frame and belt frame.


5. Peripheral components: Includes cement silo and screw conveyor. Can be transported and disassembled as a whole.


6. Mixing machine: Utilizes JS type forced mixer for quick and even mixing of various types of concrete.
