Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant is available in both traction type and trailer type. The trailer type chassis contains complete front and rear axles, while the traction chassis only has the rear axle, with the front end placed on the tractor saddle axle. The mobile mixing plant is equipped with tires, traction pins, traffic signal devices, and a braking system, allowing for a maximum speed of 40 km/h.
One of the main advantages of the Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant is its quick disassembly and convenient movement during transfer. With the exception of the screw conveyor and cement bin, the front end of the entire mixing plant can be dragged and moved. The walking platform and heightening plate can be folded without the need to remove any control cables. Additionally, the equipment does not require a foundation if the ground is flat and solid, making it ideal for units with tight construction periods.
The structure composition of the Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant includes a main engine chassis, control room, aggregate batching measurement system, belt conveyor frame, peripheral components, and a mixing machine. The main engine chassis features a cantilever shape with a traction pin and parking leg. The control room, located at the bottom of the chassis, is equipped with a fully automatic control system. The aggregate batching measurement system is located at the rear end of the plant and includes a storage hopper with the option of 2 or 4 grids. The belt conveyor frame connects the main chassis and batching frame, forming the main structure of the plant. The peripheral components, such as the cement silo and screw conveyor, can be transported and disassembled as a whole.
The Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant utilizes a JS type forced mixer, which ensures quick and even mixing of fluidity, dry, and hard concrete. This allows for efficient production and consistent quality of concrete.
