The trailer type chassis contains complete front and rear axles, while the traction chassis has only the rear axle, with the front end placed on the tractor saddle axle.
One of the main features of this mixing plant is its quick disassembly and convenient movement during transfer. The front end of the whole plant can be dragged and moved, and with the folding of the walking platform and heightening plate, all control cables do not need to be removed. The mobile mixing plant is equipped with tires, traction pins, traffic signal devices, and a braking system, allowing for a maximum allowable speed of 40 km/h.
Installation is made easy with this plant, as no foundation is required if the ground is flat and solid. Production can be carried out on the same day, making it suitable for units with tight construction periods.
The structure composition of the plant includes the main engine chassis, which contains the mixing main engine, traction pin, and parking leg. The control room, located at the bottom of the chassis, is equipped with a fully automatic control system. The aggregate batching measurement system is located at the rear end, with a storage hopper for sand and stone. The belt conveyor frame connects the host chassis and aggregate batching frame, forming the main structure of the plant. The peripheral components, including the cement silo and screw conveyor, can be transported and disassembled as a whole.
For efficient and uniform mixing, the Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant uses a JS type forced mixer, capable of handling fluidity, dry, and hard concrete.
