Audited Supplier Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant, manufactured by SHANDONG MACPEX MACHINERY EQUIPMENT CO., LTD., is available in both traction type and trailer type. The trailer type chassis contains complete front and rear axles, while the traction chassis has only the rear axle, with the front end placed on the tractor saddle axle.
One of the main features of this mixing plant is its quick disassembly and convenient movement during transfer. Except for the screw conveyor and cement bin, the front end of the whole plant can be dragged and moved. Additionally, the walking platform and heightening plate can be folded without removing any control cables. The mobile mixing plant is equipped with tires, traction pins, traffic signal devices, and a braking system, allowing for a maximum allowable speed of 40 km/h.
Installation is made easy with this plant, as no foundation is required if the ground is flat and solid. Production can commence on the same day, making it suitable for units with tight construction periods.
The structure composition of the plant includes a main engine chassis in a cantilever shape, which contains the traction pin and parking leg of the trailer truck. The measuring scale for the mixer, cement, and water admixture is placed on the chassis, along with a patrol walking platform and railing. The control room, located at the bottom of the main machine chassis, is equipped with a fully automatic control system. During transfer transportation, the control room is stowed in the space in the support, without the need to disassemble any control circuits.
The aggregate batching measurement system is located at the rear end of the plant, with the upper part serving as the aggregate (sand and stone) storage hopper. The storage hopper can be divided into 2 or 4 grids, with a heightening plate to increase the storage capacity. The aggregate measurement is done using a cumulative measurement method, and the bottom is equipped with a walking rear axle and frame legs during operation.
The belt conveyor frame, which is a truss structural member, connects the host chassis and aggregate batching frame. It includes a belt frame inside and forms the main structure of the whole mobile mixing plant along with the main frame and batching frame.
Other peripheral components of the plant include a cement silo and screw conveyor, which are integral components during operation or transportation without the need for disassembly. This allows for easy transportation and disassembly as a whole.
The mixing machine used in this plant is the JS type forced mixer, known for its ability to quickly and evenly mix fluidity, as well as dry and hard concrete.
