Structure Composition

1. Main Engine Chassis: The mixing main engine chassis features a cantilever shape and contains the traction pin and parking leg of the trailer truck. 2. Control Room: Located at the bottom of the main machine chassis, the control room houses a fully automatic control system for the mixing plant. During operation, the control room serves as the front support point of the entire station. And during transfer transportation, it can be stowed in the space in the support without the need to disassemble any control circuits.


3. Aggregate Batching Measurement: This system is situated at the rear end of the plant and features an aggregate storage hopper. The hopper can be divided into 2 or 4 grids, with a heightening plate to increase storage capacity. The aggregate measurement is done cumulatively, and the bottom is equipped with a walking rear axle and frame legs during operation.
