Main Features:
- Quick disassembly and convenient movement during transfer: You can easily drag and move the front end of the whole mixing plant, except for the screw conveyor and cement bin. No need to remove control cables if the walking platform and heightening plate are folded. And with tires, traction pins, traffic signal devices, and a braking system, the trailer can reach a maximum speed of 40 km/h.
- Easy installation: If the ground is flat and solid, you don't need a foundation. You can start production on the same day, making it perfect for units with tight construction schedules.

Structure Composition:
- Main engine chassis: The mixing main engine chassis is in a cantilever shape and contains the traction pin and parking leg of the trailer truck. The measuring scale of the mixer, cement, and water admixture is placed on the chassis, along with a patrol walking platform and railing.
- Control room: The control room is located at the bottom of the main machine chassis and is equipped with a fully automatic control system. It serves as the front support point of the whole station during working state and can be stowed in the support space during transfer transportation. No need to disassemble control circuits.
- Aggregate batching measurement: This system is located at the rear end of the whole station and includes the aggregate storage hopper. The hopper can be divided into 2 or 4 grids, with a heightening plate to increase storage capacity. The aggregate measurement is done cumulatively, and the bottom is equipped with a walking rear axle and frame legs during operation.
- Belt conveyor frame: The frame is a truss structural member that connects the host chassis and aggregate batching frame. It has a belt frame inside and forms the main structure of the whole mobile mixing plant along with the main frame and batching frame.
- Peripheral components: The cement silo and screw conveyor are integral components that don't require disassembly during operation or transportation. They can be transported and assembled as a whole.
- Mixing machine: Our mobile mini batching plant uses a JS type forced mixer, which ensures quick and even mixing of fluidity, dry, and hard concrete.
