Structure Composition:
- Main engine chassis: Our mixing plant features a cantilever-shaped main engine chassis with a traction pin and parking leg. The measuring scale for mixer, cement, and water admixture is conveniently placed on the chassis. Plus, we've added a patrol walking platform and railing for easy access.
- Control room: Located at the bottom of the main machine chassis, the control room is equipped with a fully automatic control system. It serves as the front support point of the whole station during operation and can be stowed away during transportation without the need for disassembling any control circuits.
- Aggregate batching measurement: This system is situated at the rear end of the plant and includes an aggregate storage hopper. The hopper can be divided into 2 or 4 grids, with a heightening plate to increase storage capacity. The aggregate measurement is done cumulatively, and the bottom is equipped with a walking rear axle and frame legs for smooth operation.
- Belt conveyor frame: Our truss structural member connects the host chassis and aggregate batching frame, forming the main structure of the entire mobile mixing plant. It's sturdy and reliable.
- Peripheral components: We've included a cement silo and screw conveyor as integral components that don't require disassembly during operation or transportation. You can transport and assemble them as a whole, saving you time and effort.
- Mixing machine: Our mobile mixing plant is equipped with a JS type forced mixer, known for its quick and even mixing of fluidity, dry, and hard concrete. You can rely on its performance for consistent results.
