By adding water with a pressure of 0.4-0.6 MPa and evenly spraying mist water into the material through an electromagnetic valve, our mixer achieves precise water distribution. The water is measured by a quantitative water meter or water scale, ensuring accurate proportions. Additionally, high temperature steam enters the mixture through a high-temperature electromagnetic valve. As the multiple sets of blades in the mixing drum rotate, the material is forcibly mixed into a uniform mixture.
