This mixer is designed for efficiently mixing glass raw materials and ensuring even distribution of multiple components. Operational Principle

This mixer utilizes a forced mixing type of turbine blade, which ensures thorough and uniform mixing of the materials.

Rotating Water and Steam Adding Device

The mixer features a water and steam adding device that allows for precise control of water and steam input. Water is added with a pressure of 0.4-0.6 MPa and evenly sprayed into the material through an electromagnetic valve. The water quantity is measured using a quantitative water meter or water scale. High temperature steam is introduced into the mixture through a high-temperature electromagnetic valve. The rotation of multiple sets of blades in the mixing drum forcibly mixes the materials into a uniform mixture.
