Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant is available in both traction type and trailer type. The trailer type chassis contains complete front and rear axles, while the traction chassis only has the rear axle, with the front end placed on the tractor saddle axle. The mobile mixing plant is equipped with tires, traction pins, traffic signal devices, and a braking system, allowing for a maximum speed of 40 km/h.
During installation, if the ground is flat and solid, there is no need for a foundation, enabling production to start on the same day. This makes it ideal for units with tight construction schedules. Additionally, the equipment can be easily disassembled and moved, with the exception of the screw conveyor and cement bin. The control room, located at the bottom of the main machine chassis, features a fully automatic control system and serves as the front support point of the whole station during operation. The aggregate batching measurement system is located at the rear end of the station, with a storage hopper that can be divided into 2 or 4 grids. The belt conveyor frame connects the host chassis and aggregate batching frame, forming the main structure of the mobile mixing plant.
