Installed in bins (silos), chutes, or conveyor belts, the sensor is positioned in the flow of material. It takes measurements 25 times per second as the material passes over or around the sensor face, allowing for rapid detection of moisture level changes. Real-time adjustments to the moisture content can then be made during processing, ensuring consistent, high-quality product output and reducing material waste.
