Introducing the Macpex Mobile Concrete Mixing Plant, designed to meet the needs of construction units with tight schedules. With its quick disassembly and convenient movement, this plant ensures easy transfer and installation.

Main Features

1. Quick disassembly and convenient movement during transfer: The front end of the whole mixing plant can be dragged and moved, making it highly portable. The walking platform and heightening plate can be folded without removing any control cables. Equipped with tires, traction pins, traffic signal devices, and a braking system, the trailer type can reach a maximum speed of 40 km/h.


2. Easy installation: No foundation is required if the ground is flat and solid, allowing for same-day production. Perfect for units with tight construction periods.


3. Efficient storage: The equipment can be maintained in its transportation state during temporary non-use.

Structure Composition

1. Main engine chassis: The mixing main engine chassis features a cantilever shape and contains the traction pin and parking leg of the trailer truck. The measuring scale of the mixer, cement, and water admixture is placed on the chassis, along with a patrol walking platform and railing.


2. Control room: Located at the bottom of the main machine chassis, the control room is equipped with a fully automatic control system. It serves as the front support point of the whole station during operation and can be stowed in the support space during transfer transportation without the need to disassemble any control circuits.


3. Aggregate batching measurement: This system is situated at the rear end of the plant and includes the aggregate storage hopper. The hopper can be divided into 2 or 4 grids, with a heightening plate to increase storage capacity. Aggregate measurement is done cumulatively, and the bottom is equipped with a walking rear axle and frame legs during operation.


4. Belt conveyor frame: The truss structural member connects the host chassis and aggregate batching frame, with a belt frame inside. The main frame, belt frame, and batching frame are integrated to form the main structure of the plant.


5. Peripheral components: The plant includes a cement silo and screw conveyor, which are integral components during operation or transportation without the need for disassembly. They can be transported and disassembled as a whole.


6. Mixing machine: The Macpex Mobile Concrete Mixing Plant uses a JS type forced mixer, ensuring quick and even mixing of fluidity, dry, and hard concrete.
