1. Raw Material Storage Equipment
This sophisticated automatic putty powder production equipment is expertly designed for storing bulk raw materials. Generally, it employs a tank design where tank trucks are utilized for efficient feeding. To enhance project construction, two additional small raw material storage tanks are recommended for storing smaller ingredients, such as rubber powder and various additives.
2. Batch system
Our advanced batching system consists of a hopper metering scale, feeding dragon, discharging device, micro material adding device, and a state-of-the-art computer control system. It meticulously measures *** and raw materials in accordance with precise formulas, significantly reducing labor intensity and environmental pollution while ensuring superior putty powder quality.
3. Mixer
Choose from a diverse range of mixer options, including the double screw cone mixer, plow mixer, screw belt mixer, and double shaft paddle weightless mixer, each engineered for optimal performance.
Putty powder mixers need to achieve uniform and multi-directional mixing with high efficiency. They must also resist equipment wear and allow for rapid unloading. In our production line, the biaxial paddle weightless mixer and the plow mixer are predominantly utilized for their exceptional capabilities.

4. Packaging Machine
Our packaging machines include options for open pockets and valve pockets. The valve pocket packing machine is particularly favored for putty powder because it eliminates the need for seams. While the open pocket packing scale accommodates multiple materials, it requires seam closure post-bagging. Although the recycled bag shape is slightly less structured, the packaging speed is marginally slower. In contrast, the valve pocket machine demands the addition of one more operator, enhancing workflow efficiency.
5. Dust Collector
Designed for dust recovery in the dry powder mortar production line, our dust collectors play a crucial role in environmental preservation. Typically installed atop cement silos and at material conveyor ports, they ensure a cleaner, greener production environment.

6. Conveying And Lifting Structure
