Main Features
- Quick disassembly and convenient movement during transfer: With its easy-to-drag design, the front end of the mixing plant can be effortlessly moved. The walking platform and heightening plate can be folded without the need to remove control cables, making relocation a breeze. Equipped with tires, traction pins, traffic signal devices, and a braking system, the trailer type mixer can reach a maximum speed of 40 km/h.
- Effortless installation: If the ground is flat and solid, there is no need for a foundation. You can start production on the same day, making it ideal for projects with tight construction schedules.
- Efficient storage: When the equipment is not in use, it can be maintained in its transportation state, ensuring easy storage and minimal space requirements.
Structure Composition
- Main engine chassis: The mixing main engine chassis features a cantilever shape and contains the traction pin and parking leg of the trailer truck. The measuring scale for mixer, cement, and water admixture is conveniently placed on the chassis. Additionally, it is equipped with a patrol walking platform and railing for added safety.
- Control room: Located at the bottom of the main machine chassis, the control room houses a fully automatic control system for the mixing plant. During operation, the control room serves as the front support point of the entire station. When being transported, it can be stowed in the support space without the need to disassemble any control circuits.
- Aggregate batching measurement: This system is situated at the rear end of the mobile mixing plant. It features an aggregate storage hopper, which can be divided into 2 or 4 grids for increased storage capacity. The aggregate measurement follows a cumulative method, and a pneumatically operated door allows for easy access. The bottom is equipped with a walking rear axle and frame legs for stability during operation.
- Belt conveyor frame: The truss structural member connects the host chassis and aggregate batching frame, forming the main structure of the entire mobile mixing plant. The integrated design includes a belt frame for efficient transportation of materials.
- Peripheral components: The cement silo and screw conveyor are integral components that do not require disassembly during operation or transportation. This allows for easy transportation and assembly as a whole.
