Our packaging solutions include both open pocket and valve pocket options. The valve pocket packing machine is widely favored for putty powder due to its no-seam requirement, operated effortlessly by one person. On the other hand, the open pocket packing scale, which can handle multiple materials, requires seam sealing post-bagging. Despite slightly slower packaging speeds and the need for an additional operator, the bag's benzene formation is lower, making it reusable and sustainable.
5. Dust Collector
Engineered for optimal environmental protection, our dust collectors proficiently recover dust in the dry powder mortar production line. They are strategically positioned at the top of the cement silo and the material conveying port of the hoist, ensuring a cleaner, greener production process.
