Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant, manufactured by SHANDONG MACPEX MACHINERY EQUIPMENT CO., LTD., is available in both traction type and trailer type. The trailer type chassis contains complete front and rear axles, while the traction chassis has only the rear axle, with the front end placed on the tractor saddle axle.
One of the main features of this mobile mixing plant is its quick disassembly and convenient movement during transfer. Except for the screw conveyor and cement bin, the front end of the entire mixing plant can be dragged and moved. The walking platform and heightening plate can be folded without removing any control cables. The mobile mixing plant is equipped with tires, traction pins, traffic signal devices, and a braking system, allowing for a maximum allowable speed of 40 km/h on the trailer.
Installation of the Macpex mobile mixing plant is hassle-free if the ground is flat and solid, as no foundation is required. Production can commence on the same day, making it suitable for units with tight construction periods.
The structure composition of the Macpex mobile mixing plant includes the main engine chassis, control room, aggregate batching measurement system, belt conveyor frame, peripheral components, and mixing machine. The main engine chassis features a cantilever shape with the traction pin and parking leg of the trailer truck. The control room, located at the bottom of the chassis, houses a fully automatic control system. The aggregate batching measurement system is positioned at the rear end of the plant, with the upper part serving as the aggregate storage hopper. The belt conveyor frame connects the host chassis and aggregate batching frame, forming the main structure of the plant. The peripheral components, including the cement silo and screw conveyor, can be transported and disassembled as a whole.
The mixing machine used in the Macpex mobile mixing plant is the JS type forced mixer, known for its ability to quickly and evenly mix fluidity and dry and hard concrete.
