The Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant offers a convenient and efficient solution for on-site concrete production. With its quick disassembly and easy movement capabilities, this plant is perfect for units with tight construction schedules. The trailer type chassis allows for easy transportation, with a maximum speed of 40 km/h.
The main engine chassis features a cantilever shape, equipped with a traction pin and parking leg for the trailer truck. The control room, located at the bottom of the chassis, houses a fully automatic control system for the mixing plant. The aggregate batching measurement system, located at the rear end of the plant, includes a storage hopper with the option for 2 or 4 grids. The belt conveyor frame connects the main chassis and the aggregate batching frame, forming the main structure of the plant.
Additional components include a cement silo and screw conveyor, which can be transported and assembled as a whole. The mixing machine utilizes a JS type forced mixer, ensuring quick and even mixing of various types of concrete.
