Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant, manufactured by SHANDONG MACPEX MACHINERY EQUIPMENT CO., LTD., is available in both traction type and trailer type. The trailer type chassis includes complete front and rear axles, while the traction chassis only has the rear axle, with the front end placed on the tractor saddle axle.
One of the main features of this mixing plant is its quick disassembly and convenient movement during transfer. Except for the screw conveyor and cement bin, the front end of the entire plant can be dragged and moved. The walking platform and heightening plate can be folded without removing the control cables. The plant is equipped with tires, traction pins, traffic signal devices, and a braking system, allowing for a maximum speed of 40 km/h when being transported on a trailer.
During installation, if the ground is flat and solid, there is no need for a foundation, enabling production to start on the same day. This makes it highly suitable for units with tight construction schedules.
The structure composition of the Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant includes various components. The main engine chassis is in a cantilever shape and contains the traction pin and parking leg. The measuring scale for the mixer, cement, and water admixture is placed on the chassis, along with a patrol walking platform and railing. The control room, located at the bottom of the main machine chassis, features a fully automatic control system. During transfer transportation, the control room is stowed in the support space without the need to disassemble any control circuits.
The aggregate batching measurement system is situated at the rear end of the plant, with the upper part serving as the storage hopper for sand and stone. The storage hopper can be divided into 2 or 4 grids, and a heightening plate increases the storage capacity. The aggregate measurement follows a cumulative method, and the bottom is equipped with a walking rear axle and frame legs during operation.
The belt conveyor frame serves as a truss structural member connecting the host chassis and aggregate batching frame. It integrates the main frame, belt frame, and batching frame to form the main structure of the entire mobile mixing plant.
Other peripheral components of the Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant include the cement silo and screw conveyor. These components are integral and do not require disassembly during operation or transportation, allowing for easy transportation and assembly as a whole.
For efficient mixing, the Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant utilizes the JS type forced mixer, which ensures quick and even mixing of fluidity, dry, and hard concrete.
