4. Packaging Machine
We offer packaging solutions that include both open pockets and valve pockets. The valve pocket packing machine is particularly favored for putty powder applications due to its seam-free design, requiring minimal operator intervention. Conversely, the open pocket packing scale, while capable of handling multiple material types, necessitates post-bagging seam closure, offering slightly reduced benzene formation and a marginally slower packaging speed. For optimal efficiency, an additional operator may be required compared to the valve pocket packing machine.
5. Dust Collector
Our dust collector is an essential component for reclaiming dust within the dry powder mortar production line, enhancing environmental conservation. Typically installed atop the cement silo or at the material conveying port of the hoist, it ensures a cleaner, eco-friendly operation.
