The aggregate batching measurement system is situated at the rear end of the mobile mixing plant, with the upper part serving as the aggregate storage hopper. The storage hopper can be divided into 2 or 4 grids, and a heightening plate is included to increase the storage capacity. The aggregate measurement follows a cumulative measurement method, and a walking rear axle and frame legs are present during operation. The belt conveyor frame, which is a truss structural member, connects the host chassis and aggregate batching frame, forming the main structure of the entire mobile mixing plant.
Completing the Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant are the peripheral components, including the cement silo and screw conveyor. These components are integral and do not require disassembly during operation or transportation, allowing for easy transportation and assembly as a whole.
