Audited Supplier Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant is available in both traction type and trailer type. The trailer type chassis contains complete front and rear axles, while the traction chassis only has the rear axle, with the front end placed on the tractor saddle axle. The mobile mixing plant is equipped with tires, traction pins, traffic signal devices, and a braking system, allowing for a maximum speed of 40 km/h.
During installation, if the ground is flat and solid, there is no need for a foundation, enabling production to start on the same day. This makes it highly suitable for units with tight construction periods. Additionally, the equipment can be easily disassembled and moved, with the exception of the screw conveyor and cement bin. The control room, located at the bottom of the main machine chassis, houses a fully automatic control system, which remains intact during transfer transportation.
The aggregate batching measurement system is situated at the rear end of the plant, with a storage hopper for sand and stone. The hopper can be divided into 2 or 4 grids, and a heightening plate increases the storage capacity. The aggregate measurement is done cumulatively, and the system is equipped with a walking rear axle and frame legs during operation.
The belt conveyor frame, which is a truss structural member, connects the host chassis and aggregate batching frame. It features an integrated main frame, belt frame, and batching frame, forming the main structure of the entire mobile mixing plant. The peripheral components, including the cement silo and screw conveyor, can be transported and disassembled as a whole without the need for disassembly.
For efficient mixing, the Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant utilizes a JS type forced mixer, which ensures quick and even mixing of fluidity, as well as dry and hard concrete.
