Main Features
- Quick disassembly and convenient movement during transfer: With the exception of the screw conveyor and cement bin, the front end of our mixing plant can be easily dragged and moved. The walking platform and heightening plate can be folded without removing any control cables. Plus, our plant comes equipped with tires, traction pins, traffic signal devices, and a braking system, allowing for a maximum speed of 40 km/h.
- Effortless installation: If the ground is flat and solid, there is no need for a foundation. You can start production on the same day, making it ideal for projects with tight construction schedules.
- Efficient storage: When the equipment is not in use, it can be maintained in the same state as during transfer transportation.
Structure Composition
- Main engine chassis: Our mixing main engine chassis features a cantilever shape and includes the traction pin and parking leg of the trailer truck. The measuring scale for the mixer, cement, and water admixture is conveniently placed on the chassis, along with a patrol walking platform and railing.
- Control room: Located at the bottom of the main machine chassis, the control room houses a fully automatic control system for the mixing plant. During operation, the control room serves as the front support point of the entire station. When being transported, the control room can be stowed in the support space without the need to disassemble any control circuits.
- Aggregate batching measurement: This system is situated at the rear end of the plant and features an aggregate storage hopper for sand and stone. The hopper can be divided into 2 or 4 grids, with a heightening plate to increase storage capacity. The aggregate measurement follows a cumulative method, and the bottom is equipped with a walking rear axle and frame legs during operation.
- Belt conveyor frame: The truss structural member connects the host chassis and aggregate batching frame, with a belt frame inside. The main frame, belt frame, and batching frame are integrated to form the main structure of the entire mobile mixing plant.
- Peripheral components: Our plant includes a cement silo and screw conveyor, which are integral components during operation or transportation. They can be transported and disassembled as a whole.
- Mixing machine: We utilize the JS type forced mixer, known for its ability to quickly and evenly mix fluidity, dry, and hard concrete.
