Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant, manufactured by SHANDONG MACPEX MACHINERY EQUIPMENT CO., LTD., offers a convenient and efficient solution for on-site concrete production. The plant is available in both traction type and trailer type variants.
The trailer type chassis features complete front and rear axles, while the traction chassis only has the rear axle, with the front end placed on the tractor saddle axle. This design allows for easy movement and transfer of the plant, with the front end of the whole mixing plant being draggable and movable.
One of the main advantages of the Macpex mobile mixing plant is its quick disassembly and convenient movement during transfer. With the exception of the screw conveyor and cement bin, the front end of the plant can be easily dragged and moved. The walking platform and heightening plate can be folded without the need to remove any control cables. The plant is equipped with tires, traction pins, traffic signal devices, and a braking system, allowing for a maximum allowable speed of 40 km/h.
Installation of the Macpex mobile mixing plant is hassle-free, as no foundation is required if the ground is flat and solid. This makes it highly suitable for units with tight construction periods, as production can commence on the same day.
The structure composition of the plant includes a main engine chassis in a cantilever shape, which contains the traction pin and parking leg. The measuring scale of the mixer, cement, and water admixture is placed on the chassis, along with a patrol walking platform and railing. The control room, located at the bottom of the main machine chassis, is equipped with a fully automatic control system. During transfer transportation, the control room is stowed in the space in the support, eliminating the need to disassemble any control circuits.
The aggregate batching measurement system is situated at the rear end of the plant, with the upper part serving as the aggregate storage hopper. The storage hopper can be divided into 2 or 4 grids, with a heightening plate to increase the storage capacity. The aggregate measurement is carried out using a cumulative measurement method, and the system is equipped with a walking rear axle and frame legs during operation.
The belt conveyor frame, which is a truss structural member, connects the host chassis and aggregate batching frame. It features a belt frame inside and forms the main structure of the entire mobile mixing plant along with the main frame and batching frame.
Additional peripheral components of the Macpex mobile mixing plant include a cement silo and screw conveyor. These components are integral and do not require disassembly during operation or transportation, allowing for easy transportation and assembly as a whole.
The mixing machine used in the Macpex mobile mixing plant is the JS type forced mixer, known for its ability to quickly and evenly mix fluidity, dry, and hard concrete.
