Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant is available in both traction type and trailer type. The trailer type chassis contains complete front and rear axles, while the traction chassis only has the rear axle, with the front end placed on the tractor saddle axle. The mobile mixing plant is equipped with tires, traction pins, traffic signal devices, and a braking system, allowing for a maximum speed of 40 km/h.
With quick disassembly and convenient movement, the front end of the whole mixing plant can be dragged and moved, except for the screw conveyor and cement bin. The walking platform and heightening plate can be folded without removing the control cables. This makes it ideal for units with tight construction periods. Additionally, if the ground is flat and solid, there is no need for a foundation, enabling production to start on the same day.
The main engine chassis of the Macpex mobile mixing plant is in a cantilever shape and contains the traction pin and parking leg. The measuring scale of the mixer, cement, and water admixture is placed on the chassis, along with a patrol walking platform and railing. The control room, located at the bottom of the main machine chassis, features a fully automatic control system. During transfer transportation, the control room is stowed in the space in the support, eliminating the need to disassemble any control circuits.
The aggregate batching measurement system is located at the rear end of the whole station, with the upper part serving as the aggregate storage hopper. The storage hopper can be divided into 2 or 4 grids, and a heightening plate is included to increase the storage capacity. The aggregate measurement follows a cumulative measurement method, and the bottom is equipped with a walking rear axle and frame legs during operation.
The belt conveyor frame is a truss structural member that connects the host chassis and aggregate batching frame. It features a belt frame inside and integrates with the main frame and batching frame to form the main structure of the whole mobile mixing plant. The peripheral components, including the cement silo and screw conveyor, are integral components that can be transported and disassembled as a whole without the need for disassembly.
The Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant utilizes a JS type forced mixer, which ensures quick and even mixing of fluidity, dry, and hard concrete.
