Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant, offered by SHANDONG MACPEX MACHINERY EQUIPMENT CO., LTD., is available in both traction type and trailer type. The trailer type chassis includes complete front and rear axles, while the traction chassis only has the rear axle, with the front end placed on the tractor saddle axle.
One of the main features of this mixing plant is its quick disassembly and convenient movement during transfer. With the exception of the screw conveyor and cement bin, the front end of the entire plant can be dragged and moved. The walking platform and heightening plate can be folded without removing any control cables. The plant is equipped with tires, traction pins, traffic signal devices, and a braking system, allowing for a maximum speed of 40 km/h when used as a trailer.
Installation is hassle-free if the ground is flat and solid, as no foundation is required. Production can begin on the same day, making it ideal for units with tight construction schedules. Additionally, when the equipment is not in use temporarily, it can be stored in the transportation state during transfer.
The structure composition of the plant includes the main engine chassis, control room, aggregate batching measurement system, belt conveyor frame, peripheral components, and mixing machine. The control room, located at the bottom of the main machine chassis, features a fully automatic control system. The aggregate batching measurement system is situated at the rear end of the plant and includes a storage hopper with the option of 2 or 4 grids. The belt conveyor frame connects the host chassis and aggregate batching frame, forming the main structure of the plant. The peripheral components, such as the cement silo and screw conveyor, can be transported and disassembled as a whole.
The mixing machine used in the Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant is the JS type forced mixer, which ensures quick and even mixing of fluidity, dry, and hard concrete.
