1. Raw Material Storage Equipment

Typically employing a tank design, materials are seamlessly fed using a tank truck. During project construction, two additional small raw material storage tanks are included to accommodate essential smaller materials like rubber powder and various additives, ensuring efficiency and convenience.
2. Batch system
The batch system is an intricate blend of technology and precision, featuring a hopper metering scale, a feeding dragon, a discharging device, a micro material adding device, and a sophisticated computer control system. This setup is designed to automatically measure *** and raw materials according to specified formulas, thereby reducing labor intensity and minimizing environmental pollution, all while upholding the premium quality of our putty powder products.
3. Mixer
Our range of mixers includes versatile options such as the double screw cone mixer, plow mixer, screw belt mixer, and the double shaft paddle weightless mixer, each crafted to meet diverse mixing needs.
The putty powder mixer must deliver consistent, multi-directional, high-efficiency mixing, be resistant to equipment friction, and offer rapid unloading speeds. In our production lines, biaxial paddle weightless mixers and plow mixers are predominantly utilized to achieve optimal results.

4. Packaging Machine
Our packaging machine options include open pockets and valve pockets. The valve pocket packing machine is favored for putty powder due to its seam-free design, requiring only a single operator. While the open pocket packing machine can pack multiple materials, it necessitates seam closure post-bagging. Despite the slower packaging speed than valve pockets, the open bags offer the added advantage of recyclability, albeit with a need for an additional operator.
5. Dust Collector
Engineered for excellence, our dust collector is pivotal in reclaiming dust within the dry powder mortar production line, fostering a greener environment. Typically situated atop cement silos and at material conveyance points, it is a cornerstone of our environmental commitment.

6. Conveying And Lifting Structure
Our production line employs advanced material conveying methods, utilizing horizontal and vertical conveying strategies. Screw conveyors are optimized for horizontal transport, while bucket elevators are predominantly used for vertical movement, ensuring seamless material flow within the system.
