Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant is available in both traction type and trailer type. The trailer type chassis contains complete front and rear axles, while the traction chassis only has the rear axle, with the front end placed on the tractor saddle axle. The mobile mixing plant is equipped with tires, traction pins, traffic signal devices, and a braking system, allowing for a maximum allowable speed of 40 km/h.
During installation, if the ground is flat and solid, there is no need for a foundation, enabling production to start on the same day. This makes it highly suitable for units with tight construction periods. Additionally, when the equipment is not in use temporarily, it can be maintained in the transportation state during transfer transportation.
The main engine chassis of the mixing plant is in a cantilever shape and contains the traction pin and parking leg of the trailer truck. The measuring scale for the mixer, cement, and water admixture is placed on the chassis, along with a patrol walking platform and railing. The control room, located at the bottom of the main machine chassis, is equipped with a fully automatic control system for the mixing plant. The control room serves as the front support point of the whole station during the working state and can be stowed in the space in the support during transfer transportation without the need for disassembling control circuits.
The aggregate batching measurement system is located at the rear end of the whole station and includes an aggregate storage hopper. The hopper can be divided into 2 or 4 grids, with a heightening plate to increase storage capacity. The aggregate measurement is done using a cumulative measurement method, and the bottom is equipped with a walking rear axle and frame legs during operation. The belt conveyor frame is a truss structural member that connects the host chassis and aggregate batching frame, with a belt frame inside. The main frame, belt frame, and batching frame are integrated to form the main structure of the whole mobile mixing plant.
Other peripheral components of the Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant include a cement silo and screw conveyor. These components are integral and do not require disassembly during operation or transportation, allowing for easy transportation and disassembly as a whole.
The mixing machine used in the Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant is the JS type forced mixer, which ensures quick and even mixing of fluidity, dry, and hard concrete.
