This hybrid machinery utilizes a forced mixing type of turbine blade, ensuring thorough and consistent mixing of materials.
Our mixer features a rotating water and steam adding device that allows for precise control of water and steam input. With a pressure of 0.4-0.6 MPa, water is evenly sprayed into the material through an electromagnetic valve, measured by a quantitative water meter or water scale. High-temperature steam is introduced into the mixture through a high-temperature electromagnetic valve. The rotation of multiple sets of blades in the mixing drum ensures the materials are forcibly mixed into a uniform mixture.
