Our state-of-the-art batch system features a sophisticated array of equipment, including a hopper metering scale, feeding dragon, discharging device, micro material adding device, and a highly advanced computer control system. 3. Mixer
Our diverse selection of mixers caters to various needs, offering options such as double screw cone mixers, plow mixers, screw belt mixers, and double shaft paddle weightless mixers, each engineered for precision.
Putty powder mixer requirements are stringent: ensure uniform mixing, multi-directional operation, high efficiency, robust anti-friction technology, and rapid unloading speeds. In our production line, the biaxial paddle weightless mixer and the plow mixer stand out as the preferred choices, excelling in performance and reliability.

4. Packaging Machine
Our packaging machines offer flexibility with open and valve pocket options. The valve pocket packing machine, favored for putty powder, eliminates the need for seams and requires just one operator for efficiency. The open pocket packing scale accommodates multiple materials but necessitates post-bagging seams. While its benzene formation is slightly lower, allowing for recycling, the packaging speed is modestly slower. To operate the open pocket machine, an additional operator is recommended.
5. Dust Collector
Our state-of-the-art dust collector is designed to effectively reclaim dust throughout the dry powder mortar production line, enhancing environmental protection efforts. It is strategically positioned at key points, such as the cement silo top and the material conveying port of the hoist.

6. Conveying And Lifting Structure
