Macpex Mobile Concrete Mixing Plant
The Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant is available in two types: traction and trailer. The trailer type chassis includes complete front and rear axles, while the traction chassis only has the rear axle, with the front end placed on the tractor saddle axle.
Main Features
- Quick disassembly and convenient movement during transfer: The entire mixing plant can be dragged and moved, except for the screw conveyor and cement bin. The walking platform and heightening plate can be folded without removing the control cables. The removed accessories can be taken away with the station. The mobile mixing plant is equipped with tires, traction pins, traffic signal devices, and a braking system. The maximum allowable speed of the trailer can reach 40 km/h.
- Easy installation: If the ground is flat and solid, there is no need for a foundation, allowing for same-day production. This feature is ideal for units with tight construction schedules.
- Efficient storage: If the equipment is not being used temporarily, it can be maintained in the transportation state during transfer.
Structure Composition
- Main engine chassis: The mixing main engine chassis has a cantilever shape and contains the traction pin and parking leg of the trailer truck. The measuring scale for the mixer, cement, and water admixture is placed on the chassis. It also includes a patrol walking platform and railing.
- Control room: The control room is located at the bottom of the main machine chassis and is equipped with a fully automatic control system for the mixing plant. During operation, the control room serves as the front support point of the entire station. During transfer transportation, the control room is stowed in the space in the support, and all control circuits do not need to be disassembled.
- Aggregate batching measurement: This system is located at the rear end of the station, with the upper part being the aggregate (sand and stone) storage hopper. The storage hopper can be divided into 2 or 4 grids, and a heightening plate is included to increase the storage capacity. The door is pneumatically opened in turn. Aggregate measurement is done cumulatively, and the bottom is equipped with a walking rear axle and frame legs during operation.
- Belt conveyor frame: The frame is a truss structural member that connects the host chassis and aggregate batching frame. It includes a belt frame inside. The main frame, belt frame, and batching frame are integrated to form the main structure of the entire mobile mixing plant.
- Peripheral components: The peripheral components include a cement silo and screw conveyor. These components are integral and do not require disassembly during operation or transportation, allowing for easy transportation and assembly as a whole.
- Mixing machine: The Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant generally uses a JS type forced mixer, which can quickly and evenly mix fluidity, dry, and hard concrete.
