Introducing our Concrete Machine Mixer for Construction Batching Plant
Our mobile concrete mixing plant is available in two types: traction type and trailer type. The trailer type chassis comes with complete front and rear axles, while the traction chassis has only the rear axle, with the front end placed on the tractor saddle axle.
Main Features
- Quick disassembly and convenient movement during transfer: With our mobile mixing plant, you can easily drag and move the entire front end (except for the screw conveyor and cement bin). The walking platform and heightening plate can be folded without removing any control cables. Plus, the plant is equipped with tires, traction pins, traffic signal devices, and a braking system, allowing for a maximum speed of 40 km/h.
- Easy installation: If the ground is flat and solid, there's no need for a foundation. You can start production on the same day, making it perfect for projects with tight construction schedules.
- Efficient storage: When the equipment is not in use temporarily, it can be maintained in the transportation state during transfer transportation.
Structure Composition
- Main engine chassis: The mixing main engine chassis has a cantilever shape and contains the traction pin and parking leg of the trailer truck. The measuring scale for the mixer, cement, and water admixture is placed on the chassis, along with a patrol walking platform and railing.
- Control room: Located at the bottom of the main machine chassis, the control room houses a fully automatic control system for the mixing plant. During operation, the control room serves as the front support point of the entire station. When being transported, it can be stowed in the space in the support without the need to disassemble any control circuits.
- Aggregate batching measurement: This system is situated at the rear end of the plant, with the upper part serving as the aggregate (sand and stone) storage hopper. The hopper can be divided into 2 or 4 grids, and a heightening plate is included to increase storage capacity. The aggregate measurement follows a cumulative measurement method, and the bottom is equipped with a walking rear axle and frame legs during operation.
- Belt conveyor frame: The frame acts as a truss structural member connecting the main engine chassis and aggregate batching frame. It features a belt frame inside and integrates with the main frame and batching frame to form the main structure of the entire mobile mixing plant.
- Peripheral components: The cement silo and screw conveyor are integral components that don't require disassembly during operation or transportation. They can be transported and assembled as a whole.
- Mixing machine: Our mobile mixing plant is equipped with a JS type forced mixer, known for its ability to quickly and evenly mix fluidity, dry, and hard concrete.
