Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant, offered by SHANDONG MACPEX MACHINERY EQUIPMENT CO., LTD., is available in both traction type and trailer type. The trailer type chassis includes complete front and rear axles, while the traction chassis only has the rear axle, with the front end placed on the tractor saddle axle.
One of the main features of this mixing plant is its quick disassembly and convenient movement during transfer. The entire front end of the plant, except for the screw conveyor and cement bin, can be dragged and moved. The walking platform and heightening plate can be folded without the need to remove any control cables. The plant is equipped with tires, traction pins, traffic signal devices, and a braking system, allowing for a maximum allowable speed of 40 km/h.
During installation, if the ground is flat and solid, there is no need for a foundation, making it suitable for units with tight construction periods. Additionally, if the equipment is not used temporarily, it can be stored in the transportation state during transfer transportation.
The structure composition of the plant includes the main engine chassis, which is in a cantilever shape and contains the traction pin and parking leg. The measuring scale of the mixer, cement, and water admixture is placed on the chassis, along with a patrol walking platform and railing. The control room, located at the bottom of the main machine chassis, is equipped with a fully automatic control system. During transfer transportation, the control room is stowed in the space in the support, without the need to disassemble any control circuits.
The aggregate batching measurement system is located at the rear end of the plant, with the upper part being the aggregate storage hopper. The hopper can be divided into 2 or 4 grids, with a heightening plate to increase the storage capacity. The aggregate measurement is done using a cumulative measurement method, and the bottom is equipped with a walking rear axle and frame legs during operation.
The belt conveyor frame is a truss structural member that connects the host chassis and aggregate batching frame, with a belt frame inside. The main frame, belt frame, and batching frame are integrated to form the main structure of the whole mobile mixing plant.
The peripheral components of the plant include a cement silo and screw conveyor, which are integral components during operation or transportation without the need for disassembly. This allows for easy transportation and disassembly as a whole.
The mixing machine used in the Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant is a JS type forced mixer, which ensures quick and even mixing of fluidity, as well as dry and hard concrete.
