Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant is available in both traction type and trailer type. The trailer type chassis contains complete front and rear axles, while the traction chassis only has the rear axle, with the front end placed on the tractor saddle axle. The mobile mixing plant is equipped with tires, traction pins, traffic signal devices, and a braking system, allowing for a maximum speed of 40 km/h.
With quick disassembly and convenient movement, the whole mixing plant can be dragged and moved, except for the screw conveyor and cement bin. The walking platform and heightening plate can be folded without the need to remove control cables. This makes it ideal for units with tight construction periods. Additionally, if the ground is flat and solid, there is no need for a foundation, enabling production to start on the same day.
The main engine chassis of the mixing plant is in a cantilever shape and contains the traction pin and parking leg. The control room, located at the bottom of the chassis, is equipped with a fully automatic control system. During transfer transportation, the control room is stowed in the space in the support without the need for disassembling control circuits.
The aggregate batching measurement system is located at the rear end of the plant and features a storage hopper for sand and stone. The hopper can be divided into 2 or 4 grids, with an added heightening plate to increase storage capacity. Aggregate measurement is done cumulatively, and the system is equipped with a walking rear axle and frame legs during operation.
The belt conveyor frame is a truss structural member that connects the host chassis and aggregate batching frame. It integrates the main frame, belt frame, and batching frame to form the main structure of the mobile mixing plant. The peripheral components, including the cement silo and screw conveyor, can be transported and disassembled as a whole without the need for disassembly during operation or transportation.
The mixing machine used is the JS type forced mixer, which ensures quick and even mixing of fluidity, dry, and hard concrete.
