Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant, manufactured by SHANDONG MACPEX MACHINERY EQUIPMENT CO., LTD., is available in both traction type and trailer type. The trailer type chassis includes complete front and rear axles, while the traction chassis only has the rear axle, with the front end placed on the tractor saddle axle.
One of the main features of this mobile mixing plant is its quick disassembly and convenient movement during transfer. Except for the screw conveyor and cement bin, the front end of the entire mixing plant can be dragged and moved. The walking platform and heightening plate can be folded without the need to remove any control cables. The mobile mixing plant is equipped with tires, traction pins, traffic signal devices, and a braking system, allowing for a maximum allowable speed of 40 km/h.
During installation, if the ground is flat and solid, there is no need for a foundation, enabling production to start on the same day. This makes it highly suitable for units with tight construction periods.
The structure composition of the Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant includes a main engine chassis in a cantilever shape, containing the traction pin and parking leg of the trailer truck. The measuring scale of the mixer, cement, and water admixture is placed on the chassis, along with a patrol walking platform and railing. The control room, located at the bottom of the main machine chassis, is equipped with a fully automatic control system. The control room serves as the front support point of the whole station during the working state and can be stowed in the space in the support during transfer transportation, without the need to disassemble any control circuits.
The aggregate batching measurement system is located at the rear end of the whole station, with the upper part being the aggregate (sand and stone) storage hopper. The storage hopper can be divided into 2 or 4 grids, and a heightening plate is set to increase the storage capacity. The aggregate measurement is done using a cumulative measurement method, and the bottom is equipped with a walking rear axle and frame legs during operation.
The belt conveyor frame is a truss structural member that connects the host chassis and aggregate batching frame. It contains a belt frame inside, and together with the main frame and batching frame, forms the main structure of the entire mobile mixing plant.
The peripheral components of the Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant include a cement silo and screw conveyor. These components are integral and do not require disassembly during operation or transportation, allowing for easy transportation and disassembly as a whole.
The mixing machine used in the Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant is the JS type forced mixer, which ensures quick and even mixing of fluidity, dry, and hard concrete.
