Main Features:
- Quick disassembly and convenient movement during transfer: With our mobile mixing plant, you can easily drag and move the front end (excluding screw conveyor and cement bin). No need to remove control cables if the walking platform and heightening plate are folded. Plus, it comes equipped with tires, traction pins, traffic signal devices, and a braking system, allowing for a maximum speed of 40 km/h.
- Easy installation: If the ground is flat and solid, no foundation is required. You can start production on the same day, making it perfect for units with tight construction schedules.
- Efficient storage: When the equipment is not in use temporarily, it can be maintained in the transportation state during transfer transportation.
Structure Composition:
- Main engine chassis: Our mixing main engine chassis features a cantilever shape, containing the traction pin and parking leg of the trailer truck. The measuring scale of the mixer, cement, and water admixture is conveniently placed on the chassis. Additionally, it includes a patrol walking platform and railing for added convenience.
- Control room: Located at the bottom of the main machine chassis, the control room houses a fully automatic control system for the mixing plant. During transfer transportation, the control room is stowed in the space in the support, eliminating the need to disassemble any control circuits.
- Aggregate batching measurement: This system is situated at the rear end of the mobile mixing plant, with the upper part serving as the aggregate (sand and stone) storage hopper. The storage hopper can be divided into 2 or 4 grids, and a heightening plate is included to increase storage capacity. The aggregate measurement follows a cumulative measurement method, and the bottom is equipped with a walking rear axle and frame legs during operation.
- Belt conveyor frame: The frame, which acts as a truss structural member, connects the host chassis and aggregate batching frame. It features a belt frame inside and integrates with the main frame and batching frame to form the main structure of the entire mobile mixing plant.
- Peripheral components: Our mobile batching plant includes a cement silo and screw conveyor, which are integral components during operation or transportation. They can be transported and disassembled as a whole, saving you time and effort.
- Mixing machine: We utilize the JS type forced mixer, known for its ability to quickly and evenly mix various types of concrete, including fluidity and dry and hard concrete.
