4. Packaging Machine
We offer both open pockets and valve pockets for packaging. The valve pocket packing machine is the go-to choice for putty powder due to its seamless operation requiring no seams. It necessitates only one operator, contrasting with the open pocket packing scale, which is capable of packing multiple materials but requires post-bagging seams. Although the open pocket option has slightly lower benzene formation, it offers recyclability albeit at a marginally slower pace, necessitating an additional operator compared to its valve pocket counterpart.
5. Dust Collector
Engineered to recover dust in the dry powder mortar production line, our dust collector is an environmental champion. Typically positioned at the top of the cement silo or material conveying ports of hoists, it significantly enhances environmental protection.
