Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant is available in both traction type and trailer type. The trailer type chassis contains complete front and rear axles, while the traction chassis only has the rear axle, with the front end placed on the tractor saddle axle. The mobile mixing plant is equipped with tires, traction pins, traffic signal devices, and a braking system, allowing for a maximum speed of 40 km/h.
During installation, if the ground is flat and solid, there is no need for a foundation, enabling production to start on the same day. This makes it ideal for units with tight construction schedules. When the equipment is not in use temporarily, it can be maintained in the transportation state during transfer transportation.
The main engine chassis of the mixing plant is in a cantilever shape and contains the traction pin and parking leg. The measuring scale for mixer, cement, and water admixture is placed on the chassis, along with a patrol walking platform and railing. The control room, equipped with a fully automatic control system, is located at the bottom of the main machine chassis. During transfer transportation, the control room is stowed in the space in the support, without the need to disassemble any control circuits.
The aggregate batching measurement system is located at the rear end of the plant, with the upper part serving as the aggregate storage hopper. The storage hopper can be divided into 2 or 4 grids, with a heightening plate to increase storage capacity. The aggregate measurement is done using a cumulative measurement method, and the bottom is equipped with a walking rear axle and frame legs during operation.
The belt conveyor frame is a truss structural member that connects the host chassis and aggregate batching frame. It features a belt frame inside, and together with the main frame and batching frame, forms the main structure of the entire mobile mixing plant. The peripheral components, including the cement silo and screw conveyor, are integral components that can be transported and disassembled as a whole, without the need for disassembly during operation or transportation.
The mixing machine used in the Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant is the JS type forced mixer, which ensures quick and even mixing of fluidity, dry, and hard concrete.
