The putty powder mixers are designed to meet precise requirements: they deliver uniform and multi-directional mixing, boast high efficiency, resist equipment friction, and ensure rapid unloading speeds. Among the preferred choices in the production line are the biaxial paddle weightless mixer and the plow mixer, both renowned for their reliability.

4. Packaging Machine
Our packaging machines offer both open pocket and valve pocket options. The valve pocket packing machine is especially favored for putty powder due to its seamless, single-operator design that eliminates the need for seaming. While the open pocket scale allows for packing multiple materials and recyclable bag use, it requires seaming and an additional operator, resulting in a marginally slower packaging speed compared to the valve pocket system.
5. Dust Collector
Our dust collectors are designed to capture dust in the dry powder mortar production line, promoting environmental sustainability. Typically installed atop cement silos or at material conveyance points of the hoist, these collectors are integral to maintaining a clean production environment.
