Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant, manufactured by SHANDONG MACPEX MACHINERY EQUIPMENT CO., LTD., offers a convenient and efficient solution for on-site concrete production. Available in both traction and trailer types, this mixing plant is designed for easy disassembly and movement during transfer. The trailer type chassis features complete front and rear axles, while the traction chassis has only the rear axle, with the front end placed on the tractor saddle axle.
One of the main features of this mobile mixing plant is its quick disassembly and convenient movement. With the exception of the screw conveyor and cement bin, the entire front end of the plant can be dragged and moved. The walking platform and heightening plate can be folded without the need to remove any control cables. Equipped with tires, traction pins, traffic signal devices, and a braking system, the trailer type can reach a maximum allowable speed of 40 km/h.
Installation of the Macpex mobile mixing plant is hassle-free, as no foundation is required if the ground is flat and solid. This makes it ideal for units with tight construction periods, allowing production to commence on the same day. Additionally, the equipment can be stored in its transportation state if not used temporarily, ensuring easy and efficient storage.
The structure composition of the Macpex mobile mixing plant includes a main engine chassis, control room, aggregate batching measurement system, belt conveyor frame, peripheral components such as a cement silo and screw conveyor, and a mixing machine. The main engine chassis features a mixing main engine, traction pin, and parking leg, while the control room is equipped with a fully automatic control system. The aggregate batching measurement system is located at the rear end of the plant and includes a storage hopper with the option of 2 or 4 grids. The belt conveyor frame connects the host chassis and aggregate batching frame, forming the main structure of the plant. The peripheral components, including the cement silo and screw conveyor, can be transported and disassembled as a whole.
The mixing machine used in the Macpex mobile mixing plant is a JS type forced mixer, known for its ability to quickly and evenly mix various types of concrete, including fluidity and dry and hard concrete.
