Macpex Mobile Concrete Mixing Plant


Introducing the Macpex Mobile Concrete Mixing Plant, designed to meet the needs of construction units with tight schedules. Our plant is available in two types: traction and trailer. The trailer type chassis features complete front and rear axles, while the traction chassis has only the rear axle, with the front end placed on the tractor saddle axle.



Main Features



  1. Quick disassembly and convenient movement during transfer: The front end of the entire mixing plant, except for the screw conveyor and cement bin, can be dragged and moved. The walking platform and heightening plate can be folded without removing any control cables. The mobile mixing plant is equipped with tires, traction pins, traffic signal devices, and a braking system, allowing for a maximum speed of 40 km/h.

  2. Easy installation: If the ground is flat and solid, no foundation is required, and production can commence on the same day. This feature is ideal for units with tight construction schedules.

  3. Efficient storage: When the equipment is not in use temporarily, it can be maintained in the transportation state during transfer transportation.



Structure Composition



  1. Main engine chassis: The mixing main engine chassis is in a cantilever shape and contains the traction pin and parking leg of the trailer truck. The measuring scale for the mixer, cement, and water admixture is placed on the chassis. Additionally, a patrol walking platform and railing are attached around it.

  2. Control room: The control room is located at the bottom of the main machine chassis and is equipped with a fully automatic control system for the mixing plant. During operation, the control room serves as the front support point of the entire station. During transfer transportation, the control room is stowed in the space in the support, and all control circuits do not need to be disassembled.

  3. Aggregate batching measurement: This system is located at the rear end of the entire station and consists of the aggregate (sand and stone) storage hopper. The storage hopper can be divided into 2 or 4 grids, with a heightening plate to increase storage capacity. The door is pneumatically opened in turn. Aggregate measurement is done cumulatively, and the bottom is equipped with a walking rear axle and frame legs during operation.

  4. Belt conveyor frame: The frame is a truss structural member that connects the host chassis and aggregate batching frame. It contains a belt frame inside. The main frame, belt frame, and batching frame are integrated to form the main structure of the entire mobile mixing plant.

  5. Peripheral components: The cement silo and screw conveyor are integral components during operation or transportation, requiring no disassembly. They can be transported and disassembled as a whole.

  6. Mixing machine: The Macpex Mobile Concrete Mixing Plant utilizes a JS type forced mixer, which ensures quick and even mixing of fluidity, dry, and hard concrete.
