During project construction, we recommend adding two small raw material storage tanks designed specifically for storing small but essential raw materials, such as rubber powder and additives.

4. Packaging Machine
Our packaging solutions offer both open pockets and valve pockets. The valve pocket packing machine is highly favored for putty powder due to its seamless, single-operator requirement. While the open pocket packing scale can accommodate multiple materials, it requires seaming post-bagging, slightly reducing benzene emissions (bags can be recycled); however, it does necessitate an additional operator compared to the valve pocket machine.
5. Dust Collector
The dust collector is integral for recovering dust throughout the dry powder mortar production line, championing environmental protection. Typically positioned at the top of the cement silo and at the material conveying ports of the hoist, it ensures a cleaner production environment.
