While the open pocket packing scale can accommodate multiple materials, it requires seaming post-bagging, slightly reducing benzene emissions (bags can be recycled); however, it does necessitate an additional operator compared to the valve pocket machine.
5. Dust Collector
The dust collector is integral for recovering dust throughout the dry powder mortar production line, championing environmental protection. Typically positioned at the top of the cement silo and at the material conveying ports of the hoist, it ensures a cleaner production environment.
