Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant is available in both traction type and trailer type. The trailer type chassis contains complete front and rear axles, while the traction chassis only has the rear axle and is placed on the tractor saddle axle.
During transfer, the front end of the whole mixing plant can be dragged and moved, making it quick and convenient. The walking platform and heightening plate can be folded without removing the control cables. The mobile mixing plant is equipped with tires, traction pins, traffic signal devices, and a braking system, allowing for a maximum speed of 40 km/h.
Installation is hassle-free if the ground is flat and solid, as no foundation is required. Production can begin on the same day, making it ideal for units with tight construction schedules.
The equipment can be stored in its transportation state during temporary non-use. This ensures easy transportation and maintenance.
The main engine chassis of the mixing plant is in a cantilever shape and contains the traction pin and parking leg. The measuring scale for mixer, cement, and water admixture is placed on the chassis. The control room, located at the bottom of the main machine chassis, is equipped with a fully automatic control system. During transfer transportation, the control room is stowed in the support space without the need for disassembling any control circuits.
The aggregate batching measurement system is located at the rear end of the plant and includes a storage hopper for sand and stone. The hopper can be divided into 2 or 4 grids, with a heightening plate to increase storage capacity. Aggregate measurement is done cumulatively, and the bottom is equipped with a walking rear axle and frame legs during operation.
The belt conveyor frame is a truss structural member that connects the host chassis and aggregate batching frame. It features a belt frame inside and forms the main structure of the entire mobile mixing plant along with the main frame and batching frame.
The peripheral components, including the cement silo and screw conveyor, are integral components that do not require disassembly during operation or transportation. They can be transported and disassembled as a whole.
The mixing machine used is the JS type forced mixer, which ensures quick and even mixing of fluidity, dry, and hard concrete.
