Macpex Mobile Concrete Mixing Plant
Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant is available in two types: traction type and trailer type. The trailer type chassis includes complete front and rear axles, while the traction chassis only has the rear axle, with the front end placed on the tractor saddle axle.
Main Features
- Quick disassembly and convenient movement during transfer: The front end of the whole mixing plant, except for the screw conveyor and cement bin, can be dragged and moved. The walking platform and heightening plate can be folded without removing any control cables. The mobile mixing plant is equipped with tires, traction pins, traffic signal devices, and a braking system. The maximum allowable speed of the trailer can reach 40 km/h.
- Easy installation: If the ground is flat and solid, there is no need for a foundation, allowing production to start on the same day. This feature is ideal for units with tight construction schedules.
- Efficient storage: When the equipment is not in use temporarily, it can be maintained in the transportation state during transfer transportation.
Structure Composition
- Main engine chassis: The mixing main engine chassis is in a cantilever shape and contains the traction pin and parking leg of the trailer truck. The measuring scale of the mixer, cement, and water admixture is placed on the chassis. Patrol walking platform, railing, etc. are attached around.
- Control room: The control room is located at the bottom of the main machine chassis and is equipped with a fully automatic control system for the mixing plant. The control system is the same as that of the fixed mixing plant. During operation, the control room serves as the front support point of the whole station. During transfer transportation, the control room is stowed in the support space without the need to disassemble any control circuits.
- Aggregate batching measurement: This system is located at the rear end of the whole station, with the upper part being the aggregate (sand and stone) storage hopper. The storage hopper can be divided into 2 or 4 grids, and a heightening plate is set to increase the storage capacity. The door is opened pneumatically in turn. Aggregate measurement is done using a cumulative measurement method. The bottom is equipped with a walking rear axle and frame legs during operation.
- Belt conveyor frame: The frame is a truss structural member that connects the host chassis and aggregate batching frame. It has a belt frame inside. The main frame, belt frame, and batching frame are integrated to form the main structure of the whole mobile mixing plant.
- Peripheral components: Cement silo and screw conveyor. These components are integral and do not require disassembly during operation or transportation, allowing them to be transported and disassembled as a whole.
- Mixing machine: The Macpex mobile concrete mixing plant generally uses a JS type forced mixer, which can quickly and evenly mix fluidity and dry and hard concrete.
