1. Main engine chassis: Our mixing main engine chassis has a cantilever shape and contains the traction pin and parking leg of the trailer truck. You'll find the measuring scale of the mixer, cement, and water admixture on the chassis. We've also attached a patrol walking platform and railing for your convenience.
2. Control room: Located at the bottom of the main machine chassis, the control room houses a fully automatic control system for the mixing plant. It functions just like the control system of a fixed mixing plant. During operation, the control room acts as the front support point of the whole station. And when it's time for transfer transportation, you can easily stow the control room in the support space without disassembling any control circuits.
3. Aggregate batching measurement: This system is situated at the rear end of the entire station, with the upper part serving as the aggregate (sand and stone) storage hopper. The storage hopper can be divided into 2 or 4 grids, and we've added a heightening plate to increase the storage capacity. The doors open pneumatically in turn. Our aggregate measurement uses a cumulative method for various materials, and during operation, it's equipped with a walking rear axle and frame legs.
4. Belt conveyor frame: The frame acts as a truss structural member that connects the host chassis and aggregate batching frame. Inside, you'll find a belt frame. The main frame, belt frame, and batching frame are integrated to form the main structure of our mobile mixing plant.
5. Peripheral components: We've included a cement silo and screw conveyor as integral components that don't require disassembly during operation or transportation. This means you can transport and disassemble them as a whole.
6. Mixing machine: Our mobile mixing plant features the JS type forced mixer, which ensures quick and even mixing of fluidity, dry, and hard concrete.
