Product Description

Production introduction:   

1.  The drum for asphalt mixing and heating is provided with a thermal insulation layer, so that heat is not easily lost and energy is saved; The air in the mixing drum is heated by the burner, and the heat is transferred to the asphalt mixture. The internal blades are optimally designed to be arranged in a spiral shape. The rotating mixture of the drum is not stacked, with large heating area, fast temperature rise and high efficiency. The bottom discharge type automatic lifting feeding is adopted, which is convenient and labor-saving. And equipped with dust removal mechanism, energy saving and environmental protection.
2.  The generator set is composed of a high-speed diesel engine with direct injection and swirl combustion chambers, a generator driven by direct connection or V-belt, and a generator with reliable insulation performance. In addition to meeting the requirements for normal operation of the whole machine, it can also drive electric tools related to operation, such as electric crushing pickaxe, road surface hair dryer, road surface heater, etc. In addition, there is a two-level rubber damping mechanism under the generator set frame, so that the main frame is not affected by the running vibration of the diesel engine, and the main frame is very stable during operation. The electric control system is not easy to loosen, and is more reliable, ensuring fewer machine failures, high efficiency and long service life.
3.  Control system: AI artificial intelligence control with automatic tuning (AT) function is adopted in the new design. The operator can observe and modify relevant data, which is very user-friendly.
4. (1) Vehicle mounted: lift the complete machine onto a truck that does not need any change for operation, and then lift it off after the operation, and the truck will carry out other operations as usual.
