This series of mixers is designed to meet the high-precision requirements of automated production lines in the glass industry. Operational Principle

This mixer utilizes a forced mixing type of turbine blade, which ensures efficient and thorough mixing of the materials.

Rotating Water and Steam Adding Device

Water is added to the mixture using a pressure of 0.4-0.6 MPa. The water is evenly sprayed into the material through an electromagnetic valve, which is measured by a quantitative water meter or water scale. Additionally, high temperature steam is introduced into the mixture through a high-temperature electromagnetic valve. The rotation of multiple sets of blades in the mixing drum ensures that the materials are forcibly mixed into a uniform mixture.
