Audited Supplier The mixing main engine chassis in a cantilever shape contains the traction pin and parking leg of the trailer truck. It also houses the measuring scale for the mixer, cement, and water admixture. Patrol walking platform and railing are attached around the chassis.
The control room is located at the bottom of the main machine chassis and is equipped with a fully automatic control system. It serves as the front support point of the whole station during operation and can be stowed in the support space during transfer transportation. No disassembly of control circuits is required.
This system is situated at the rear end of the plant and includes the aggregate storage hopper. The hopper can be divided into 2 or 4 grids, with a heightening plate to increase storage capacity. Aggregate measurement is done cumulatively, and the bottom is equipped with a walking rear axle and frame legs during operation.
The frame is a truss structural member that connects the host chassis and aggregate batching frame. It contains a belt frame and integrates with the main frame and batching frame to form the main structure of the plant.
The peripheral components include the cement silo and screw conveyor. These components can be transported and disassembled as a whole without the need for disassembly during operation or transportation.
The Macpex Mobile Concrete Mixing Plant generally uses a JS type forced mixer, which ensures quick and even mixing of fluidity, dry, and hard concrete.
