This custom color refractory cement mixer is designed for efficient mixing of glass raw materials and multiple components of raw materials. It is specifically developed to meet the requirements of high-precision automated production lines in the glass industry, such as glass float and glass products. This mixer utilizes a forced mixing type of turbine blade, ensuring thorough and uniform mixing of the materials. The rotation of multiple sets of blades in the mixing drum creates a powerful mixing action, resulting in a consistent mixture.
The mixer features a rotating water and steam adding device. Water, with a pressure of 0.4-0.6 MPa, is evenly sprayed into the material through an electromagnetic valve. The water flow is accurately measured by a quantitative water meter or water scale. Additionally, high-temperature steam is introduced into the mixture through a high-temperature electromagnetic valve. The combination of water and steam, along with the rotation of the blades, ensures the materials are thoroughly mixed into a uniform mixture.
