4. Packaging Machine
Featuring both open pockets and valve pockets, our valve pocket packing machine is the industry standard for putty powder. It eliminates the need for seams, allowing for ease of operation by a single user. While the open pocket packing scale can accommodate multiple materials, requiring a seam post-bagging, it offers the advantage of slightly reduced benzene in formation of the bag, as it can be recycled. However, it operates at a marginally slower pace and necessitates an extra operator compared to the valve pocket packing machine.
5. Dust Collector
Our dust collector system is expertly crafted to recover dust in the dry powder mortar production line, promoting sustainable environmental practices. These systems are strategically placed atop cement silos and at the material conveying ports of hoists, ensuring efficient dust management.
